Mateo Bervejillo - CEO
Mateo is an Outsourcing Wizard with more 15 years of experience in the industry. From BPO knowledge transfer and project management, to large outsourcing projects optimization, to consulting for Fortune 500 companies, to growing boutique staff augmentation companies for software development, He’s been there, done that.
When he is not working, he is spending time with his family or playing music, or both at the same time.
Agustina Suarez - Operations Manager
Agustina is a dynamic force in the software industry with over seven years of experience in operational roles. At Xseed, her primary mission is to ensure our clients achieve their objectives, all while motivating our teams to grow and excel. Her leadership style is both inspiring and supportive, driving the success of every project she oversees.
Outside of work, Agustina loves to unwind by taking long walks along the beautiful beaches of Uruguay, followed by indulging in a good book to relax.
Inés Blesa - People Manager
Inés holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a focus on Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management. With 12 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes across various industries, she has been focused on talent selection and team development in the IT industry for the past five years. Additionally, she is a yoga instructor and passionate about music. She dedicates much time and love to caring for her daughters and family.
Silvina Boffa - Financial Manager
Silvina, our esteemed leader, has been at the helm of our finance team for over 5 years now. With a wealth of experience steering financial operations in the dynamic realm of software companies, she is well-versed in navigating rapid growth and constant change. Her expertise lies in not just managing finances but thriving amidst the ever-evolving landscape of our industry. Beyond her professional endeavors, Silvina is also a dedicated animal lover, generously devoting her free time to volunteering at an animal shelter. Her compassion extends not only to the financial well-being of our company but also to the welfare of our furry friends in need.

With over seven years of transformative project leadership, Steve excels in driving innovation, delivering high-impact solutions, and fostering strategic partnerships. His expertise combines technical proficiency with strategic vision, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth. Passionate about leveraging technology to create value and enhance user experiences, Steve stays at the forefront of industry trends like web3, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation. His strong background as a technical lead and CTO enables him to align technology strategies with business goals, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.

Aaron is the individual who seamlessly integrates Behavioral Economics, Behavioral Design, and Product Design to craft exceptional experiences. With over seven years of experience collaborating with startups (including YCombinator), growth-stage companies, and enterprises across diverse industries such as EdTech, PropTech, HealthTech, Telecommunications, and AI, he has honed his expertise. He is deeply passionate about aiding individuals in advancing their design careers.
Outside of work, he immerses himself in philosophical literature or cherishes moments spent with his family.
Marcelo Blanco - CoFounder & Board Member
Marcelo is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for innovation. Fourteen years ago, he co-founded Xseed with Jesús. His strategic vision and ability to identify opportunities led him to create the spin-off GU Trade, accelerated by 500 Startup, and expanding this business to more than 12 countries in Latin America.
Marcelo also nurtures the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Uruguay, guiding and empowering promising projects.
Married to Lala, father of Joaquina and Lorenzo; a fan of Peñarol and battery-powered tools.
Jesus Portillo - CoFounder & Advisor
With over 20 years of experience in application development and product creation, Jesus has participated in national and international projects. He co-founded Xseed in 2010 alongside Marcelo and co-created the spin-off GU Trade, where he currently serves as CTO.
Jesus works every day to help developers become better professionals, to see the forest and not just the trees, and above all, to enjoy their work.
His passion is his family and exploring technologies, finding errors, devising solutions, testing them, and improving everyone’s work through the latest technological trends.
He loves competitive car racing, viewing it as his connection to tangible technology.
